“…loving and compassionate…
a strong and wise guide…” p.w. Petaluma, CA

You are not alone; I want to go there with you...
Life is full of challenges – why face them alone? I align myself closely with you so that you feel as if you have a partner on your journey.  I create a strong and safe environment, enabling you to move into your issues quickly. Core wounds and trauma can be effectively addressed and healed! I use somatic techniques that integrate the body and breath to help you feel grounded, enabling you to speak from your whole person, not just your head, which is very effective in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. This often produces amazing results, that talk-therapy alone cannot achieve.  Freedom from depression, anxiety and pain is the goal; self knowledge and love are part of the end result. A fuller, richer life is what I wish for you!

Relationships...
I am passionate about relationship, and offer insights and tools that help guide you in finding a better, more joyous way of being with yourself and others. Working at your pace and comfort-level I help bring change and health to your life so conflict and pain can resolve.

"Through this work, we are moving towards a stronger
more emotionally connected marriage..."
E.J., Santa Rosa, CA

Families...
As a former elementary and middle-school teacher, I have experience working with behavioral issues and low-achieving students. I also have great empathy and compassion for parents of these children, and work closely with the family as a whole to help implement positive, harmonious change. I find working with couples and families very satisfying.

"Sharon has a powerful capacity for empathy, safety, and deep connection."

Tears are words that need to be shed.
Without them, joy loses all its brilliance,
