Where the body holds what the mind has explained away
Stress, emotional pain and trauma are stored in the nervous system and the body, not just the mind. The body map is how we find where.
Spiritual work on the plane of the nervous system
Much of what we carry lives in the nerves, our wiring for survival, connection and expression. When the vagus nerve and other pathways are overworked or shut down, the body stays locked in patterns of stress and bracing. This work helps the system feel safe enough to soften again.
- Vagus nerve
- A main pathway that helps the body regulate heart rate, digestion, breath and the sense of safety.
- Trigger energy
- What we follow to identify where the blocks sit in the body.

What the body and emotions are saying
Not a checklist, and not a diagnosis. A symptom belongs with your physician; this work sits alongside medical care, never in place of it.
- Root, basic trust
- In the body: lower back and hip pain, eating disorders, depression and low energy. In the emotional world: survival and trust issues, fear.
- Sacral, sexuality and creativity
- In the body: gynaecological issues, low libido, urinary tract infections and sciatica. In the emotional world: sexual and body issues, shame.
- Solar plexus, wisdom and power
- In the body: digestive issues, allergies and gastrointestinal discomfort. In the emotional world: over or under use of anger, low confidence.
- Heart, love and healing
- In the body: asthma, respiratory issues, upper-back and shoulder tension. In the emotional world: hardheartedness, inability to forgive.
- Throat, communication
- In the body: throat issues, jaw stiffness, teeth grinding and TMJ. In the emotional world: stunted voice, communication issues.
- Third eye, awareness
- In the body: migraines, sinus issues, light sensitivity, sleep disorders. In the emotional world: overthinking, rigid or narrow thinking.
- Crown, spirituality
- In the body: chronic fatigue, sensitivity to light and sound. In the emotional world: disconnection from self, others and the planet.
This is spiritual work, not religious work. We do not use religious doctrine to define what is true for you.
Spirituality is not belief. It is the direct experience of connection with life, within you and around you. It shows up as meaning, compassion, awe, inner guidance and the sense that you belong.
It is not a new claim
“Seek first the Kingdom of God… The Kingdom of God is within you.”Jesus of Nazareth
“The Lord resides in the hearts of all beings…”The Bhagavad Gita
Curious what that would feel like?
If any of this resonates, let’s talk. We’ll explore your story, answer your questions and see if this work is a good fit for you.
